Industrial Electrician

We are looking for skilled tradesperson for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems in industrial settings such as oil & gas industry, stadium construction and solar energy projects

Your Role:

You will be involved in work with complex electrical systems that power heavy machinery and production equipment.

Scope of Work:

The tasks typically include:
• Installing wiring, control systems, and industrial equipment
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
• Troubleshooting electrical faults in machines and automated systems
• Maintaining motors, generators, transformers, and control panels
• Working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation systems
• Ensuring systems comply with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical theory and systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of automation and control systems
• Ability to read technical schematics
• Attention to safety procedures
• Proficient in the use of Multimeters and voltage testers, Power tools and hand tools and PLC programming devices.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship or technical training program
• Minimum 2 years on the job experience
